Luxembourg remains EU’s biggest investor in R&D per capita

Luxembourg’s Government is EU’s biggest investor in R&D per capita  for the third year in a row. Luxembourg ranked particularly high in the categories “R&D in Health” and “R&D in industrial production and technology”.
